Just about the only sexual offense for which women are prosecuted is prostitution. Often labeled the "oldest profession", women engage in sexual behavior with willing men who pay with something of monetary value, e.g., money, apartment, jewelry, etc. Sexual commerce also involves the use of sex in other business endeavors, either as a product or sales strategy: N/X rated media, male/female strippers, "massage" parlors, fashion, cosmetics, perfumes/colognes, and so on. Clearly, sex is Big Business and all but prostitution is pretty much legal. This section will examine the various way sex is linked to commerce. Additionally, the range of sexual behaviors, from kissing to fetishisms, will be considered along with those behaviors that are "abnormal", such as in coercive sex, e.g., rape, incest, sexual harassment, will also be examined.
